PM Modi met with Chief Ministers today to review the Covid report

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet with Chief Ministers via video conferencing to see how the country is doing. COVID cases have been rising in the country over the last two weeks.
PM’s Office says the virtual meeting will be held at noon on Wednesday.

It’s also possible that Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and their staff will be there.

As sources say, Rajesh Bhushan, the Health Secretary, will give a presentation about COVID, including how many people have been vaccinated, how many people have been vaccinated again, and how many have been vaccinated again.

Several times in the past, PM Modi has met with the Chief Ministers and even the District Magistrates to get a better sense of how things were going on in the country.

During the last 24 hours, 2,483 new cases of COVID-19 were found in India. On Tuesday, an official Ministry of Health and Family Welfare bulletin said that the active caseload is 15,636, and the positive rate is 0.55 percent.

PM Modi said on his radio show “Mann Ki Baat” on Sunday. He told people to keep an eye out for COVID-19 during the holidays. He told people to wear masks and wash their hands often to keep COVID at bay.

It also said that more than 86% of the adult population had been fully vaccinated.
